Colodny Fass lawyer Katie Webb hosted a June 18, 2012 a Webinar discussion entitled “What You Need to Know Right Now About Florida’s Insurance Holding Company Regulatory Review.”
The presentation, which ran approximately 45 minutes, included information about the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation’s recent request to Florida domiciled property and casualty insurers for information on their holding company structure and registration statements.
