A Notice of Development of Rulemaking has been issued by the Florida Department Of Financial Services on behalf of the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation for Rule number 69O-138.001, entitled NAIC Financial Condition Examiners Handbook Adopted
The purpose of the Rule is to adopt the 2007 NAIC Financial Condition Examiners Handbook as permitted by Section 624.316, Florida Statutes. Also to be addressed will be the updating of the NAIC Handbook.
If requested in writing and not deemed unnecessary by the agency head, a Rule Development Workshop will be held at the date, time and place shown below:
