Janet Cruz officially announces challenge to Dana Young

Outgoing House Democratic Leader Janet Cruz announced Tuesday that she will challenge Republican state Senator Dana Young, thus setting up a tough election fight in a Tampa swing seat.  Matt Dixon reports for Politico Florida.
