ISAWG Comments On IAIS Papers

The following e-mail was sent to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (“NAIC”) International Solvency and Accounting (E) Working Group and other interested parties:

 

Resulting from discussions on the July 24 conference call of the International Solvency and Accounting (E) Working Group, attached are potential comments to submit to the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (“IAIS”) Solvency Subcommittee.

Emergency Risk Management (“ERM”) comments already were adopted on the call; any additional ERM commentary subsequently forwarded can be added.

Please e-mail kdefrain@naic.org any proposed changes to the comments and the NAIC will consolidate a version for a vote on the morning of Friday, August 3, 2007.
