The Florida Department of Revenue, (“DOR”) Miscellaneous Tax Department has issued a Notice of Development of Rulemaking for:    

• 12B-8.003: Tax Statement; Overpayments

The Workshop will address the proposed adoption of changes to forms used by the DOR to administrate the insurance premium tax.

Division of Workers’ Compensation

The Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Workers’ Compensation has issued a Notice of Development of Rulemaking for Rule 69L-6.009: Forms and Instructions to revise forms that comply with Florida law precluding an agency from requesting an individual’s social security number unless such collection conforms to specified provisions.
