Insurance Fraud in Florida Makes Headlines This Week
Apr 24, 2007
Insurance fraud, and its prevention, made headlines in Florida this week, highlighted by the Florida Senate’s efforts to require criminal background checks of any employee with a financial interest in a health clinic.
The enclosed “Insurance Fraud Weekly E-Port” newsletter is published by the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud, a national organization founded in 1993 dedicated to enacting anti-fraud laws and regulations, educating the public about fraud and how to fight it, and serving as a national clearinghouse of fraud information.
