Insurance Administrator Annual Report Rule Hearing: November 24

On Monday, November 24, 2008, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (“OIR”) scheduled a Rule hearing regarding the following proposed Rule, which would adopt the annual report forms utilized by insurance administrators in submitting financial reports to the OIR:

The Rule hearing was not requested, and therefore not held.
