Important Update re Senate’s Property Package 05/04/06

Notwithstanding information received from the Senate President’s office, it appears that the Florida Legislature’s property package may still have life. The Senate is debating the bill at this time, and the bill must still pass the House of Representatives if the bill passes the Senate. Unfortunately, an electronic copy of the latest draft is not available at this time. We will provide updates as events unfold.
