Hurricane Damage Mitigation Bill Presented To Governor Crist

Florida Governor Charlie Crist was presented with 33 bills on May 29, 2007.

He has until June 13, 2007 to sign or veto the bills that were presented.

If Governor Crist does not act by that date, then these bills automatically become law without his signature.

Among the bills presented this week is House Bill 7057 by the Jobs and Entrepreneurship Council relating to Hurricane Damage Mitigation. The bill is effective upon becoming law.
