House Expected to Pass Posey/Bogdanoff PIP Compromise

This morning, the Florida House will take up House Bill 13C by Representative Bogdanoff

Strike-all amendment #149765 by Representative Bogdanoff represents a Posey/Bogdanoff compromise on HB 13C and will reenact Florida’s motor vehicle No-Fault statutes. 

A copy of the amendment is attached for your review.

The House is expected to pass HB 13C.  Also, the Senate is expected to pass the bill today.  We will continue provide you with updates throughout the day as new developments occur.
