Health Report Filing Form Rule Hearing Cancelled

The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (“OIR”) cancelled a scheduled Rule hearing regarding forms for limited health service organizations on Tuesday, May 13, 2008, because no hearing was requested.

Rule 69O-203.070: Annual and Quarterly Reports; Forms will be amended to reflect the correct forms to be used by prepaid limited health service organizations in filing their quarterly and annual financial statements.

The Rule now will require filings to be submitted on National Association of Insurance Commissioners (“NAIC”) health forms.
