Governor Rick Scott Appoints Eslinger and Musco to Florida Criminal and Juvenile Justice Information Systems Council

Florida Governor Rick Scott announced the appointments of Donald F. Eslinger and Robert A. Musco to the Criminal and Juvenile Justice Information Systems Council today, August 1, 2011.

Eslinger, 54, of Lake Mary, is the Seminole County Sheriff. He succeeds Laurence O. Campbell and is appointed for a term beginning August 1, 2011, and ending October 1, 2014.

Musco, 53, of Green Cove Springs, is the chief of police for the City of Green Cove Springs. He is reappointed for a term beginning August 1, 2011, and ending October 1, 2014.

 

The next Criminal and Juvenile Justice Information Systems Council meeting is scheduled for Thursday, August 25, 2011 at 8:30 a.m. at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Headquarters, 2331 Phillips Road, Tallahassee, Florida.

The Criminal and Juvenile Justice Information Systems Council mission is to enhance public safety by providing a network that promotes cost-effective information sharing and timely and appropriate access to both local and State information for criminal justice agencies, while recognizing the independence of each agency.
