Governor Crist Signs Insurance-Related Bills

The following bills relating to insurance and other germane bills of interest were signed by Governor Charlie Crist on Tuesday, May 22, 2007:

 

HB 0111 Relating to Nonresident Title Insurance Agents by Representative Bill Galvano (R-Bradenton). This bill is effective October 1, 2007.

 

SB 0192 Relating to the Florida Gulf Coast University/B.S. Degree/Long-term Care by Senator Burt Saunders (R-Naples). This bill is effective July 1, 2007.

 

HB 0517 Relating to Financial Responsibility for Motor Vehicles by Representative Greg Evers (R-Milton). This bill is effective July 1, 2007.

 

HB 0615 Relating to Motor Vehicle Registration by Representative Peter Nehr (R-Tarpon Springs). This bill is effective October 1, 2007.

 

HB 0707 Relating to Lights on Motor Vehicles by Representative Priscilla Taylor (D-Riviera Beach). This bill is effective July 1, 2007.
