Governor Bush Presented with Senate Bill 2114 re No-Fault Law 5/23/06

The Governor was presented today with Senate bill 2114, which is the bill that extends the sunset of Florida’s No-Fault law. The FPCA also submitted its letter urging the Governor to veto the bill to the Governor’s office today. The Governor may sign the bill, veto the bill or allow the bill to become law without his signature. If the Governor chooses to act on the bill he must do so by June 7, 2006.
