Glitch Bill on House Special Order Calendar; More Amendments Expected

The first engrossed version of HB 7077, also known as the “Glitch Bill,” is on the House Special Order Calendar for tomorrow, April 26, 2007.

HB 7077 sponsor, Representative Ron Reagan, has filed a strike-everything amendment today.  Other amendments are expected to be filed later today.  These require a 2/3 vote of the House in order to pass onto the bill.

The most recent amendments to HB 7077 were filed at the end of March.
