Georgia Insurance Department to Only Allow Electronic Filing of Admitted Insurer Premium Tax Returns After January 1, 2014

The Georgia Department of Insurance advised on July 8, 2013 in Directive 13-EX-3 that it will only accept electronically filed quarterly and annual premium tax returns from admitted companies  after January 1, 2014.
