FWCJUA Solicits Quotes For Online Interactive System

The Florida Workers’ Compensation Joint Underwriting Association (“FWCJUA”) has issued a Quote Solicitation from technology firms, preferably those specializing in workers’ compensation systems, to assist the FWCJUA in implementing a Web-based interactive application process within a six-month period. The processing system would augment the FWCJUA’s current software, allowing insurance agencies to submit new business applications via the internet and perform online inquiries into their business with the FWCJUA, among other tasks. The FWCJUA’s primary goal at this time is to provide a substantial, flexible and secure Web-based method of processing and quoting new applications.

The deadline for Quote Solicitations is July 24, 2009, at Noon (EST).
