‘From the Capitol to the Courthouse’ Colodny Fass Legislative Reporting Schedule

During the 2009 Florida Legislative Session, which runs from March 3 to May 1, 2009, Colodny Fass will issue the following “From the Capitol to the Courthouse” exclusive client reports:
- Insurance Committee and related meeting reports, including Committee packets
- End-of-week wrap-ups
- Specific weekly insurance-related bill progress reporting after the fifth week of the Session (March 30), and daily bill charting and reporting during the final two weeks of the Session (April 20 – March 1, 2009)
Colodny Fass will continue to send out daily bulletins on imperative issues as they develop. As always, clients are invited to contact us with questions or requests.
Please note that, as required by law, the State Budget is the only bill that the Florida Legislature must pass within the 60-day Regular Session timeframe.
