The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (“CMS”) has released transcripts from its public meetings held during October to answer questions about mandatory reporting requirements related to Section 111 of the Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007 (“SCHIP”).
