FPCA Members: Senator Richter has Requested Comments on the Solvency and Holding Company Act Proposed Legislation

Florida Property and Casualty Association Members:
Senator Garrett Richter has been asked to sponsor the Solvency and Holding Company Act proposed legislation drafted by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR). Senator Richter has requested that the Members provide comments on the proposed legislation.
Attached please find the OIR’s Solvency and Holding Company Act proposed legislation and coordinating public records exemption. Also attached is a summary of the Solvency and Holding Company Act proposed legislation provided by OIR. Please review the proposed legislation and provide comments to Katie Webb (kwebb@cftlaw.com) no later than Wednesday, January 2nd.
