Attached please find the draft legislation for the Citizens Property Insurance Corporation Policyholder Eligibility Clearinghouse Program. Additionally you will find a copy of a draft version of an Omnibus insurance bill – please note this draft is still in early stages and we will likely see several changes before the draft bill is heard in its first committee. Representative Bryan Nelson has requested that the Members provide comments on the draft legislation
