FPCA Members: Proposed Legislation for Review and Comment

Florida Property and Casualty Association Members:
Senator Garrett Richter has been asked to sponsor the Solvency and Holding Company Act proposed legislation drafted by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation. Senator Richter has reqeusted that the Members provide comments on the proposed legislation.
Attached please find the OIR’s Solvency and Holding Company Act proposed legilsation and coordinating public records exemption. Also attached is a summary of the Solvency and Holding Company Act draft proposal provided by OIR. Please review the proposed legislation and provide comments to Katie Webb (kwebb@cftlaw.com) no later than Wednesday, January 2nd.
