Florida Property and Casualty Association Members:
As a follow up to the previous email sent regarding OIR’s Solvency and Holding Company Act draft proposal, attached are additional documents relating to the proposed legislation. The additional documentation relate to the Statement of Actuarial Opinion and Actuarial Opinion Summary filing requirements contained in the Solvency and Holding Company Act draft proposal. Also attached are the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Insurance Holding Company System Regulatory Act and NAIC Insurance Holding Company System Model Regulation.
