FPCA Member Comment Needed: Proposed Amendments to Florida’s Mediation of Property Insurance Disputes Law

Changes to state law relating to the mediation of disputed property insurance claims are being considered by the Florida Senate.
A draft of the proposed legislation is attached for Florida Property & Casualty Association member review and comment. This feedback will provide constructive assistance and guidance to Legislators and committee staff as they continue to develop the previously discussed Senate “ominbus” insurance bill.
