FPCA Homeowners Division:
Attached is a summary of the Strike All Amendment to SB 1714. Some of the differences between SB 1714 as originally filed and the Strike All Amendment include requiring Citizens to offer sinkhole coverage and allowing surplus lines insurers to do take-outs. The Strike All Amendment also is attached.
