FPCA Homeowners Division: Summary of House Bill on Citizens for Review

Florida Property and Casualty Association Members:

Attached please find a summary of HB 909, the House counter proposal to the Senate bill on Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (Citizens).  The provisions in HB 909 will likely be close to what bill will get passed, if anything passes at all.  Whether Citizens will be subject to bad faith is still an unresolved issue.
