House and Senate versions of comprehensive property insurance legislation continue to make their way through the 2011 Florida Legislative Session.
In the Senate, CS/CS/CS/SB 408 awaits Second Reading on the Senate Floor, while CS/HB 803 passed the House Insurance and Banking Subcommittee on April 5 and proceeds next to its second committee of reference, the House Rulemaking and Regulation Subcommittee.
