FPCA Homeowners Division Members:
For your reference, attached is a side-by-side analysis of SB 2044 and SB 408. Included in the side-by-side analysis are the amendments to SB 408 that were adopted by the Senate Banking and Insurance Committee at its meeting on January 25, 2011. Also included are the amendments to SB 408 that were filed but not considered at the meeting. The Senate Banking and Insurance Committee is scheduled to meet again on Monday, February 7, and is expected to resume consideration of SB 408 and the pending amendments at that time.
