FPCA Homeowners Division Members:
Thank you to those Members who participated in the discussion yesterday with the Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) regarding Citizens. Attached is the list of Citizens reform ideas created by Belinder Miller. Please keep in mind that these are conceptual ideas only. Please review and provide your comments to Katie Webb (kwebb@cftlaw.com) as soon as possible. We will be preparing legislative proposals based on the comments we receive.
