FPCA Homeowners Division Members: Your review and comments are requested on the following items as soon as possible.
Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (FHCF). Attached is proposed draft legislation prepared by the FHCF to address the ambiguity concerning the FHCF’s coverage of policyholder legal expenses and public adjuster fees.
Sinkhole Actuarial Study. Attached is a discussion draft of the Engagement for Actuarial Services and Request for Additional Data from Participating Insurers from Rollins Analytics, Inc.
