FPCA Homeowners Division Members:
In response to comments made at the rule hearing held on January 25, 2011 regarding proposed rules 19-8.029 and 19-8.030, revisions to the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund’s (FHCF) Proof of Loss Report form were proposed. Attached is the form reflecting the proposed revisions. The record from the hearing will remain open until Tuesday, February 1. Please review the revised form and provide any comments you may have to Jennifer Erdelyi (jerdelyi@cftlaw.com) as soon as possible.
