FPCA Homeowners Division Members:
Last week we circulated a comprehensive memorandum outlining a potential option for addressing the sinkhole “tail” issue (the “Galloway memo”). The proposal is based on the Asbestos and Silica Compensation Fairness Act. Since then a proposed bill has been drafted, which is attached for Member review and comment. Also attached for your reference is the Galloway memo and the Asbestos and Silica Compensation Fairness Act.
