A proposed committee substitute (“PCB”) for HB 803 relating to Property and Casualty Insurance will be considered by the Florida House Insurance and Banking Subcommittee at its next scheduled meeting on Tuesday, April 5.
A copy of the proposal and the meeting notice are attached for review.
