FPCA Homeowners Division: Paragon’s Position on the Sunshine State-FHCF Issue

FPCA Homeowners Division Members:

Attached please find a letter from Paragon to Sunshine State clarifying Paragon’s role in administering the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (FHCF).  By its terms, this letter was sent in response to a letter from Sunshine State with regard to its recent issues with the FHCF.
