As discussed on the FPCA conference call today, April 21, 2011, we have attached a side-by-side chart of the two omnibus property insurance bills and the preferred House or Senate position where the two bills differ.
We will discuss this document with House Speaker Designate Will Weatherford on Monday, April 25, 2011. Therefore, please review this document before then and let us know if you have any changes or recommendations.
