FPCA Member Roger Desjadon has prepared a draft White Paper entitled, “Why Are Homeowners Insurance Companies Losing Money in Florida?” FPCA lobbyists intend to use this White Paper to educate legislators on the hardships insurers currently are facing in the Florida market.
