FPCA Homeowners Division Meeting Scheduled for Tomorrow, November 30 at 11 a.m.

The FPCA Homeowners Division will be meeting via teleconference tomorrow, November 30, at 11:00 a.m. The call-in number is 800.369.1285; conference code: 9137271#. Please note that a vote will be taken on what position, in any, the FPCA Homeowners Division will take on the Secure Enterprises, LLC. v. Office of Insurance Regulation case.
An agenda for the meeting, as well as minutes from the November 9, 2012 meeting, are attached. Also attached are documents relating to the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation’s Solvency and Holding Company Act draft proposal. In addition, proposed legislation intended to permanently implement and codify the self-certification form filing review process established by OIR is attached. The proposed legislation will be discussed during the call tomorrow.
