The attached February 8 meeting materials include draft legislation relating to property insurance issues generated from a recent series of workshop-style meetings with Florida Senate Committee on Banking and Insurance staff and insurance industry members on February 2, 2010, a complete analysis of the proposal and a compilation of FPCA members’ comments.
