FPCA Homeowners Division Members:
The Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (FHCF) has reached out to the FPCA to confirm that the revised Statement of Estimated Regulatory Cost (SERC), Proof of Loss Report form and Instructions address Members’ concerns before the approval and implementation process for the proposed rules is continued. The revised documents were circulated to Members last week, and are attached to this email. Please provide any comments you may have by noon tomorrow to Jennifer Erdelyi (jerdelyi@cftlaw.com).
