FPCA Homeowners Division: July 19 Meeting Scheduled With Belinda Miller of the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation; Pre-Meeting Conference Call Today at 4:30 p.m.

Florida Property and Casualty Association Homeowners Division Members:
We have facilitated a meeting for FPCA members with Belinda Miller of the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation as a follow-up to our June 2011 meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to further discuss rate filing issues as a result of the passage of Senate Bill 408. Unfortunately, Ms. Miller has a very tight schedule and is only able to meet this Tuesday, July 19, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. We apologize for the short notice.
In light of the short time frame, Jim Graganella (Capital Preferred Insurance Company) and Andy Martinez (American Traditions and Modern USA) have agreed to attend the meeting on behalf of the FPCA.
