FPCA Homeowners Division – Information Requested by FAIA

Attached is a copy of a letter from the Florida Association of Insurance Agents (FAIA) that your company may have received recently.  Please let us know if you intend to respond, or if you have any concerns about providing this information to FAIA.

Please keep in mind that FAIA is not a regulatory agency and there may be issues with respect to protecting the confidentiality of information provided to FAIA.  Further, there may be antitrust concerns depending on the type of information actually compiled and whether it is shared with other carriers.

If you decide to respond and need any assistance in preparing a response, or if you would like us to review a response prior to submission, we will gladly assist you in that regard.
