Florida Property and Casualty Association Homeowners Division Members:
As you may recall, on June 27, 2011 the Palm Beach Post published an article titled “Uptick in homeowners insurance ‘only the beginning for soaring rates.'” In response to that article, the Florida Property and Casualty Association prepared and submitted a rebuttal letter, which was published on July 13, 2011.
