FPCA Homeowners Division Members:
The Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (FHCF) has issued a discussion draft of the revised Contract Year 2011 Proof of Loss Report form, which is attached. The revisions are the result of comments provided to the FHCF by the FPCA and other industry sources. In particular, please note the highlighted sections on page 2 of the form.
