Attached please find a memorandum setting forth questions for consideration to assist individual Member companies in their analyses of the various issues associated with the State Board of Administration’s (SBA’s)current position with Sunshine State that an insured’s attorney fees, public adjuster costs and other similar expenses are not reimbursable losses under the 2005-2006 Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund Reimbursement Contract.
This is intended for each FPCA Member’s individual consideration.
