FPCA Homeowners Division: Company Responses to Part One of Florida Office of Insurance Regulation Data Call Due On May 1, 2011

Florida Property and Casualty Association Homeowners Division Members:
This is a reminder that company responses to Part 1 of the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (“OIR”) Reinsurance Data Call is due on May 1, 2011. Since May 1st is a Sunday, the OIR has advised that companies can submit responses by Monday, May 2nd.
Companies’ responses to Part 2 are due no later than 15 days after the company finalizes its reinsurance placements for the 2011-2012 treaty year.
