The following two documents were referenced during the Florida Property and Casualty Association’s Homeowners Division teleconference today, April 16, 2010:
- A National Association of Insurance Commissioners Draft Rule relating to the establishment of statutory accounting principles for current and deferred federal and foreign income taxes and current state income taxes
- A proposed amendment for insurance agent errors and omissions contracts
Both documents are attached for review as discussed.
