FPCA Homeowners Division Members:
An all-industry summit on sinkholes has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 2, at 1:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Governor’s Club, 202 1/2 South Adams St., Tallahassee, Florida 32301, in the main dining room on the second floor.
Attached is a document outlining the option to address the sinkhole tail issue based on the 2005 asbestos law, as well as a draft sinkhole tail bill that tracks the 2005 asbestos law.
