FPCA Homeowners Division:
As discussed on the call this morning, additional sinkhole data is being collected to identify trends in sinkhole claims as a result of pending legislation. This data is expected to demonstrate the signficance of the sinkhole claims problem. Accordingly, please provide the following information directly to John Rollins at Rollins Analytics (johnwrollins@floridapropertyinsuranceactuary.net) no later than Tuesday, March 22:
1. The number of sinkhole claims filed with your company in the period from January 1 to February 28, 2010; and
2. The number of sinkhole claims filed with your company in the period from January 1 to February 28, 2011.
