FPCA: Florida’s 2010 Regular Legislative Session: Comprehensive Summary
May 7, 2010
Dozens of insurance-related bills were filed during Florida’s 2010 Regular Legislative Session; however, few insurance bills were actually passed. As the 2010 Session drew to a close, some of the content of doomed legislation was distilled and amended on to a select group of insurance bills that passed. As usual, most of this activity occurred during the last few days of the Session.
