Attached is an agenda for the meeting, as well as minutes from the December 2010 meeting. Also attached are the Amended and Restated Bylaws reflecting changes made at the last meeting.
The following Members are on the FPCA’s Board of Directors: Chairman Chuck Grimsley, Jimmy Whited, Alberto Naon, Roger Desjadon, Tony Loughman, Tom Jerger, and Reese Bowen.
